Personalised items

Most of our items have a font and colour previewer, simply type in the name, choose the font and colour and click 'font preview'. Then you can make changes until you are happy with your selection. Please note, colours may differ in appearance depending on your screen.

Design proofs are sent for name plaques and teddies with full birth details as these products do not have previews.

Design proofs are not sent for items with a font preview, however if you require one, please contact us.

Our drinkware and lunch boxes are personalised using a permanent adhesive label in your choice of colours and font. Unfortunately they are NOT dishwasher safe.

The names will stay on your item unless used in the dishwasher or picked at. If you do have any problems with your names, please contact us.

Shipping

All orders are shipped through Australia Post by either Standard postage or express postage, whichever is selected at the checkout. Please note our turnaround times do not include shipping times.

Unfortunately, Australia Post is still experiencing delays due to Covid, we are unable to control postage times once your order has been handed to Australia Post.

We are located in Cairns, Far North Queensland, please consider this when choosing your postage method.

We have flat rate postage on all Australian Orders. So no matter the size of your order, it is just one price.

Standard Postage $10.95

Express Postage $15.95

We do our best to get orders out as soon as possible and in most cases, most personalised items are completed and ready for postage in 3 to 5 days. Some products may take slightly longer, these are outlined on individual items.

Orders containing nothing personalised will usually be sent in 1 to 2 days.

If you need your order as soon as possible, please contact us and we will do our best.

Please note that these turnaround times do not include postage times.

You can order online and choose pick up at the checkout, we will send you a email notification to let you know as soon as you order is ready.

Returns, refunds & exchanges

If you have any questions or problems with your order, please contact us as soon as possible.

Unfortunately personalised items cannot be returned as we are unable to resell items after they have been personalised.

if you have changed your mind on a blank, non-personalised item, you can return it to exchange it for a full credit (excluding shipping costs). A postage invoice will be generated to send back exchanged item/s once we have received the item back in new and unused condition.

If you would like a refund on your blank, non-personalised items, this can be done less a 10% restocking fee. Shipping costs are non-refundable.

For items that arrive faulty or damaged, please contact us as soon as possible with photographs or videos of the damage. Please do not dispose of the packaging or item as we may require it to be returned.

If your item was damaged in transit, Australia Post may require you to bring the item and packaging in to your local post office to be assessed and compensation organised.

Please ensure when you are ordering any of our personalised items that the spelling is correct.

If your order arrives and the spelling is incorrect, please contact us. If the spelling has been spelt incorrectly on our behalf, we will organise to fix this as soon as possible.

Unfortunately we cannot return or change the spelling on personalised items after they have been completed If they have been accidentally spelt incorrectly on your order.
