When will I receive my order?

Your items must be paid for in full or with a payment plan with Afterpay before any items will be personalised. Items can take up to 10 business days to be completed. We do our very best to adhere to these time frames. If you need your item as a gift urgently please add Priority / Rush Order and select Express Post.

We are based in Cairns, Queensland and postage time will depend on where you live in Australia. Orders are sent by Australia Post.

If you haven't received an email confirmation of your order or shipping update, some email addresses have very high spam filters and may block our emails. If you have a hotmail or a live email account. Please check your spam/junk folder and contact us if you haven't received confirmations, drafts or shipping details from us and we can resend them.

What payment methods can be used?

We accept Visa, MasterCard, AMEX, Paypal, bank deposit and AfterPay.

AfterPay is a payment option where you buy now and pay later. Your order is processed straight away and you then make payments over 8 weeks to AfterPay at no additonal cost to you.
