When will I receive my order?

Your items must be paid for in full or with a payment plan with Afterpay, Laybuy or Zippay before any items will be personalised. Personalised items can take up to 1 week to be completed and ready to send or be collected in store for local Cairns customers. Blank items will be sent within 2 to 3 days of ordering. We do our very best to adhere to these time frames. If you need something urgently, please contact us.

We are based in Cairns, Queensland and postage time will depend on where you live in Australia. Orders are sent by Australia Post by standard or express shipping, whichever is selected at the checkout. Please note that our completion times do not include postage. 

If you haven't received an email confirmation of your order or shipping update, some email addresses have very high spam filters and may block our emails. If you have a hotmail or a live email account. Please check your spam/junk folder and contact us if you haven't received confirmations, drafts or shipping details from us and we can resend them.

Where are you located? Can I pick up my order?

We are located in Cairns, North Queensland. We offer pick up for all local customers at our store in Woree. Our store is located at 3 Windarra Street, Woree and we are open Tuesday to Friday 830 to 430 and Saturdays 9 to 1. 

Your welcome to come and view our range and place a order in store or online. If placed online, we will be in contact via email when your order is ready for collection. To pick up, please select the free pick up option on the shipping page when checking out.

What payment methods can be used?

We accept Visa, MasterCard, AMEX, Paypal, bank deposit and AfterPay, Laybuy or Zippay. 

AfterPay, Laybuy and Zippay are all payment options where you buy now and pay later. Your order is processed straight away and you then make payments over 8 weeks to the payment provider at no additonal cost to you.

Where is my designs proof / draft

Some items we will send through a proof before completing it, these items are outlined in the description and is for our birth teddies and baby blankets with more then a name. Please check your spam/junk folder and contact us if you haven't received it. If your item is not a item with birth details and you would like a proof, please contact us when placing your order.

Refunds and Returns

Refunds or replacements are offered for faulty or damaged items. We require photo evidence and may require items to be sent back. 

If a name is done incorrectly on our behalf, we will remake it as soon as possible, please contact us. We will make the item exactly as it is typed on your order. 

Refunds for change of mind can be completed less a 10% restocking fee or a full credit.
